The Orion was born while working with Icon 4×4 on their cast iron transfer case equipped Bandeirante. Using this case as our base we designed a completely new t-case, engineered to accommodate our massive 4.1 gear set with a 34mm idler shaft. In 2004, we teamed up with Advance Adapters for distribution – leading to multiple awards and worldwide success!

Our 4.1 kit is our lowest low range option and is a must have for the extreme off road adventurer. It was designed for maximum off road performance while also providing superior on road performance as well.
In addition to lowering the low range, this kit also lowers the high range ratio to 1.077:1 which effectively turns a 4.11:1 ring and pinion ratio into a 4.43:1 making it a great alternative to re-gearing your differentials.

Our Overdrive kit was designed for the customer that has already done a ring and pinion change but might not be happy with the rpm’s at highway speed. Or for the customer who downsized their tires and is not interested in the expense of changing out their ring and pinions.
By exchanging just the input gear and hi-speed gear this kit will change the high range ratio from a 1.0:1 to a 0.909:1 which effectively turns a 4.11:1 ring and pinion ratio into a 3.74:1 making it a great low cost alternative to re-gearing your differentials.
